Regular Service Hours:

Monday to Friday     9 Uhr – 19 Uhr
Saturday                  9 Uhr – 15 Uhr

To be able to serve all clients in a timely manner YPC kindly requires a 24 hour notice. If timely feasible, last minute service requests will of course be attended to.

YPC charges an additional fee of € 10/hour for services rendered outside the regular service hours. Individual estimates are available upon request.

There is a minimum charge of 30 minutes for all services (except the Reminder-, Info-, Calendar-Service); thereafter 15 minutes increments will apply.

Transportation expenses are inclusive within a radius of 30 kilometres (Google Maps, starting point Kurt-Schumacher-Straße, Kaiserslautern); outside this radius each additional kilometre will be charged at € 0.50/km.

All third party expenses (groceries, dry-cleaning, etc) will have to be paid immediately upon receipt.

Unless otherwise agreed, individual services will be charged upon conclusion while full settlement of multiple services within a month will be invoiced at the beginning of the following month.

Payments can be settled in cash and by bank deposit as well as with EC-, VISA-, and MasterCard and through PayPal.

Memberships offer clients significant savings. Unless otherwise agreed, membership fees have to be prepaid in full or permission for direct debit needs to be granted.

Clients who refer YPC successfully will receive a 10 % discount on their next invoice.
